Natural intdoor animation

This series of the photo is the natural indoor animation within my room. The shadow of a huge tree outside my window draw into my room. This is also a way to connecting with nature within the interior. The shadow will follow the sun path to change its shape and its movement will swing with the wind. The shadow from foliage swaying in a breeze can have a restorative impact on human.

Studies found that this kind of wind-animated light can lower occupants' heart rates. The calming effects of natural indoor animation could be particularly helpful in stressful locations.

In addition to its practical benefits for people and the environment, weather-generated indoor animation also shows us that, while separating us from its extremes, buildings can also reconnect us with nature.
